The **Senior Incentives Analyst** , located in the Travel + Leisure Incentives Processing Department of the Orlando Corporate Office, processes and calculates weekly incentives for assigned site locations using SAP Incentive Management, UKG (Workstamp), Workday, ADP, Journey, Obiee, OFSLL, PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, and other various system applications. Responsible for maintaining commission system or Microsoft Excel workbooks for assigned site locations. Research and resolve inquiries submitted to the Payroll Help Desk, and or via email. This position is subjected to special projects assigned by management. This role is hybrid.

How You'll Shine:

+ Processes complex weekly/bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly sales and marketing incentives and accrual calculations for assigned locations

+ Analyzes incentives data, and preparation of metrics and other data driven insights into trends and relevant financial impacts to improve accuracy and optimize systems and processes.

+ Recognize and recommend areas of improvement in efficiency and innovation.

+ Assist manager with duties and projects as needed

+ Provide guidance to analysts to foster a culture of continuous learning and development

+ Create and maintain department knowledge-based articles and FAQs.

What You'll Bring:

+ Bachelor’s degree/technical training or 4-5 years equivalent experience preferred

+ Detail oriented with a proactive approach to follow-up

+ Demonstrated analytical skills

+ Self-sufficient, able to complete tasks with minimal supervision

+ Ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service

+ Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

+ Must be a strong team player who can interact with all levels of the organization.

+ Demonstrated organizational and time management skills

+ Ability to understand complex calculations, and large sets of data

+ Ability to present data to all levels of the organization in a way that is relevant to the conversation

+ Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays

+ Ability to assist in training and development of staff members

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

+ Familiarity with SAP Incentive Management, Workstamp, Workday, ADP, Journey, Obiee, OFSLL, PowerBI is a plus

+ 4-5 years of analytical experience in large organization

_Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement._
