The Finance & Business Planning (FBP) team is the strategic engine behind Meta’s bold investments. We oversee the company’s entire budget and drive data-informed decisions that shape the future of Meta and our family of products. As data-driven innovators, we uncover trends, identify opportunities, and power the insights that guide Meta’s most important strategic choices.At the forefront of this mission is our Infrastructure Finance team. Our investments in infrastructure are foundational to enabling the next generation of Artificial Intelligence technologies, including Generative AI - set to transform how billions of people experience our products and services.We’re looking for a talented Finance Associate to join our Infrastructure Finance team. In this high-impact role, you’ll build advanced financial models, develop strategic forecasts, and deliver actionable insights that inform our infrastructure investment roadmap - covering Servers, Data Centers, and Networking. Your work will directly influence how Meta scales its infrastructure to support explosive growth in AI and other critical technologies.This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and cutting-edge technology. In this role, you would use data to shape the future of technology and make a meaningful impact on Meta's technology roadmap at a global scale.

Required Skills:

Finance Associate - Infrastructure, Strategic Modeling & Planning Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain advanced financial models to forecast infrastructure needs aligned with Meta’s product roadmap.

2. Provide strategic recommendations for investments in AI-enabling infrastructure such as Servers, Data Centers, and Networking.

3. Translate complex business drivers into clear, actionable insights that influence decision-making at the highest levels.

4. Craft thoughtful documents and memos to communicate findings and present strategic insights to finance leadership and key stakeholders.

5. Serve as a thought partner to business leaders — contributing your perspective and point of view on the right set of actions to drive the business forward.

6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

7. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

8. 3+ years of professional experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, corporate finance or a Masters degree or PhD with 2+ years of professional work experience

9. Demonstrated foundation in spreadsheet-based financial modeling, translate open-ended business questions into structured, analytical models

10. Experience in forecasting, planning, variance analysis and drawing insights from data

11. Experience in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides as well as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office tools

12. Experience with SQL and experience using it to support data-driven analysis

13. Experience managing Long Range Planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes

14. Experience to building relationships with business partners and cross-functional stakeholders

15. Experience with statistical programming languages such as R

16. Experience supporting research or hardware engineering teams and navigating complex product portfolios

17. Understanding of technical infrastructure or manufacturing industry concepts (e.g., servers, data centers, fiber networks, factory operations)

18. Experience navigating ambiguity, tackling unstructured problems, and driving clarity in fast-paced environments

19. Experience in finance, strategy, or operations within a high-growth or technology-focused environment

Public Compensation:

$92,000/year to $135,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
