Summary:
Meta is seeking a Data Center Facility Operations Training Program Manager. This role will manage ateam responsible for the design, development, and implementation of training programs that offerinitial and continuing technical and developmental training to all Meta Data Center Facility Operationspersonnel. This role will work with training production vendors, data center field operations teams, andpartner organizations to review organizational assessments and performance data to find opportunitiesand then revise existing training products and develop new products to close program gaps. Monitoringprogram health, the role will provide updates to organization leadership, generate reports, maintaindashboards, and continuously evaluate and improve program performance.

Facility Operations Training Program Manager Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team that designs, develops, and implements a comprehensive global training program of initial qualification and continuing technical and developmental training for data center facilities personnel.
2. Lead the development, maintenance and organizational use of role-specific onboarding plans that are valuable, engaging, and improve new hire experiences.
3. Proactively lead the identification, analysis, design, and development of new global training products. Provide oversight for the development of new products to ensure program standards are met, lesson objectives are satisfied, and learning outcomes are achieved.
4. Perform account management for training production vendors, including business reviews, invoicing, purchase order management, and account deliverables oversight.
5. Leads the reliably accurate library of training products easily accessible through a web-based Learning Management System (LMS).
6. Partner with Facility Assessment Teams, Facility Operations Leaders, Environmental Health & Safety, and data center sites, to monitor organizational performance and implement training lessons learned, revisions, new and responsive training products.
7. Perform training consultation and provide Training Program expertise to Infra Data Center leaders and teams. Support the local development of training products through consultation, coaching, and advice.
8. Provide organization wide communication of new training and onboarding products, revisions, and initiatives.
9. Establish and maintain cross-functional and matrixed organizational relationships.
10. Ensure training records are prepared and maintained according to company policies, and federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

12. 10+ years of demonstrated experience administering training programs in critical infrastructure or industrial environments
13. Demonstrated experience applying Instructional System Design techniques and Training Models (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick’s Model, etc.) to a training program.
14. Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Cornerstone) and document repositories.
15. Demonstrated track record building and leading cross functional initiatives or programs.
16. Proven experience managing project timelines to meet aggressive deadlines and effectively prioritize a consistent flow of deliverables.
17. Experience turning complex information into engaging content across various channels and creating a mechanism for measuring impact across multiple learning audiences

18. Bachelor's degree in adult learning, instructional design, etc
19. Competency with modern training design, graphic design, video, learning authoring, prototyping and management tools such as, Articulate360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud (Specifically Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Camtasia.
20. Cornerstone LMS Administrator Certifications
21. Experience with standard Data Center equipment or the equivalent
Public Compensation:
$142,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
