    Responsibilities:

    + Perform carpentry at the highest level as required

    + Ability to use a computer and phone apps to enter in time and other information

    + Ensure jobsite safety , protection, and maintenance of company tools, and enforce all job rules

    + Address any issues that arise during the construction process, providing practical solutions to keep projects on track

    + Perform a range of carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, cabinetry, and installation of doors and windows , etc

    Qualifications:

    + Valid RIGHT TO WORK documents for Employment in the US

    + Proven 5+ years of Framing/ Finish commercial and residential experience

    + Candidates must possess a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

    + Experienced in reading blueprints and following specifications to accurately measure, cut, and assemble wood for various projects

    + Willingness and ability to work in a team environment and interact with employes and clients

    + Own and use Carpentry tools for the trade

    + We provide PPE !

    + Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation

    + Able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds to load and unload wood and other materials as well as carry needed tool and materials to/ from the jobsite
