    _Note: The hourly rate for this position is $25 - $27 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.     Responsibilities:

    + We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Journeyman to join our team for commercial projects

    + The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with all safety and building codes

    + System Installation- Install HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, ductwork, and control systems in commercial buildings

    + Maintenance- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively

    + Repairs - Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, including mechanical and electrical components

    + Blueprint Interpretation- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout and requirements for HVAC systems

    + Compliance- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal codes and regulations, as well as company standards

    + Collaboration- Work alongside other tradespeople, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects

    + Documentation - Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time and materials used

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Journeyman, with a focus on commercial projects

    + In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, tools, and equipment

    + Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues

    + Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods

    + Prior experience using Hand tools, Power tools required Need to have all necessary tools

    + Position may require a drug screen Background check required
