    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s Degree Required (A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree)

    + A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in related field

    + Strong business acumen with the ability to connect leadership development programs back to company objectives

    + Thoroughly understands the programmatic approach and possesses the ability to build program structure.

    + Must be organized, detail oriented and demonstrate strong time management skills and be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and assignments with limited supervision in a fast-paced deadline environment

    + Ability to use data to help inform strategy and direction

    + Must be able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage impact of shifting priorities

    + Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).

    + You will be expected to come into our Headquarters for intermittent events when needed
