Job Description:

Licensed Practical Nurse – Private Duty Nursing

**Location:** Middlesex County

**Pay Rate:** $29–$33/hour

**Schedule:** Flexible shifts available (Day, Evening, Weekday, Weekend)

As we expand our Private Duty Nursing program in Central New Jersey, we’re actively building a team of compassionate and skilled LPNs to provide 1:1 care in the home setting. If you’re looking for flexible work and meaningful connections with your patients, this is a great opportunity!

What You'll Do:

+ Deliver in-home nursing care to adult or pediatric patients with chronic or complex health conditions

+ Support patients with Gastrostomy tubes, Tracheostomy tubes, seizure disorders, neurological, respiratory, and muscular-skeletal disorders

+ Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity while following care plans

+ Communicate with family members and clinical teams to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

+ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of New Jersey

+ At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, LTC, home care, etc.)

+ Experience with Trach or G-tube care strongly preferred

+ Must have own vehicle

+ Comfortable working independently in home environments

+ Compassionate, adaptable, and detail-oriented
