What we want
As a Program Coordinator I you'll be at the heart of planning, developing, and implementing a variety of exciting programs for the Sales Leadership Institute. From career fairs and competitions to workshops and courses, you'll ensure every event runs smoothly and successfully. You'll communicate with partners, students, and participants, manage budgets, schedule venues, and coordinate with vendors to create memorable experiences. Additionally, you'll compile program statistics, maintain records, and databases, and may supervise staff while identifying funding opportunities. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about making an impact, we want you on our team!
What you need to know
Salary: Compensation will be commensurate to the selected hire’s experience
Cover Letter/Resume: A cover letter and resume are strongly recommended
Other Factors: Work on weekend and/or after normal hours. Travel as required.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Two years of program/administrative experience and/or customer service experience
Preferred Experience:
+ Two years of experience in higher education
Responsibilities
Coordinate:
+ Coordinates the planning, development and implementation of assigned programs for the Sales Leadership Institute
+ Responsible for the planning and execution of Sales Leadership Institute events and programs including but not limited to career fairs, competitions, meetings, workshops, courses and other programming
+ Includes communicating with partners, students, and other participants, preparing and monitoring budgets, scheduling venues, food, personnel and contracting with venues and vendors for various events and activities
+ Compiles program statistics and maintains program records and databases
+ May supervise program staff and assist in identifying funding opportunities
Assist:
+ Assist with developing and maintaining relationships with corporate partners and affiliates
+ Assist with developing and maintaining relationships with prospective, current, and former students
