An AI startup in San Francisco is looking for an IT Support/System Administrator to work in a fast-paced environment. You'll provide basic Mac IT support, while also providing more complex problem-solving on the Linux side for their AI/ML teams. Ideal candidates have experience with Mac support, Google workspace, and have worked in SaaS environments.

This role is 4 days on-site near the Dogpatch neighborhood in San Francisco. This is a 3 month contract, W2.

Required Skills & Experience

+ 1-2+ years of experience in IT Support

+ Experience with Mac help

+ Experience with Linux systems

+ Strong passion for AI and ML

+ Ability to take initiative and problem solve
