    Contract Duration: 8 Months

    Required Skills & Experience

    + 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

    + Project Management and organizational skills.

    + Strong experience with risk and control assessments.

    + Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and project plans.

    + Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, outlook, etc.

    + Consultant type mindset – BIG 4 experience preferred but not necessary. If no big 4 experience, must have large financial institution exp.

    + Great communication and personality.

    + Controls/business side risk.

    + Small piece of day to day is meeting minutes and some admin work.

    + Data work and project management/analysis.

    + Time management skills

    Desired Skills & Experience

    + Financial Crimes and RCSA.

    What You Will Be Doing

    + Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.

    + Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.

    + Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions.

    + Strategically engage with client personnel.

    + Drive project deliverables by creating project plans, organizing key items, scheduling meetings, communicating updates to leadership.

    + Collaborate with business and control teams.

    + Support RCSA assessment work.

    + Review compliance requirements to determine applicability

    + Identify controls to mitigate risk
