    Contract Duration: 8 Months

    Required Skills & Experience

    + 5+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

    + Project support and organizational skills.

    + Strong experience with risk and control assessments.

    + Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and project plans.

    + Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, outlook, etc.

    + Consultant type mindset – BIG 4 experience preferred but not necessary. If no big 4 experience, must have large financial institution exp.

    + Great communication and personality.

    + Controls/business side risk.

    + Small piece of day to day is meeting minutes and some admin work.

    + Data work and project management/ analysis.

    + Time management skills

    Desired Skills & Experience

    + Financial Crimes and RCSA.

    What You Will Be Doing

    + Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Strategy and Planning.

    + Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Strategy and Planning challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.

    + Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.

    + Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

    + Support project deliverables by executing project plans, helping to organize key items, scheduling meetings, and record minutes.

    + Collaborate with business and control teams.

    + Support RCSA assessment work.

    + Review compliance requirements to determine applicability.

    + Identify controls to mitigate risk.
