Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Quality Manager to join their team. As a Quality Manager, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting production and laboratory efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to integrity, and the ability to drive continuous improvement which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Quality Manager

**Location:** Somerset, New Jersey

**Pay Range:** Up to $140,000

What's the Job?

+ Direct product testing activities throughout production cycles.

+ Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

+ Oversee workers including supervisors, inspectors, or laboratory workers engaged in testing activities.

+ Analyze quality control test results and provide feedback and interpretation to production management or staff.

+ Create and implement inspection and testing criteria or procedures.

What's Needed?

+ BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business Management.

+ Management experience in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment.

+ Significant experience with quality programs.

+ Good written and verbal communication skills.

+ Knowledge of industrial safety regulations.
