    Our client, a leading fabrication shop, is seeking an Assembler-Mechanical to join their team. As an Assembler-Mechanical, you will be part of the production team supporting the assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Assembler-Mechanical

    **Location:** Mellott, IN

    **Pay Range:** $16 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Utilize hand tools and grinders to clean and prepare metal components for assembly.

    + Assemble mechanical parts according to specifications and quality standards.

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes.

    + Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

    + Participate in training sessions and meetings as required.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential.

    + Basic mechanical skills or experience in auto mechanics is preferred.

    + Ability to work on the first shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

    + Commitment to safety and quality in all tasks.
