Job Description
The Senior HR Administrator is a key HR partner for Facilities Management, Facilities Design & Construction, and Utilities Services. This role oversees HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, classification and compensation, performance management, and compliance with policies and laws. It provides strategic and operational HR support to leadership and employees, ensuring efficient HR processes and alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Advise department leaders on HR policies and best practices.
Coordinate HR activities across the division.
Lead recruitment efforts, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, address workplace issues, and ensure policy compliance.
Oversee classification and compensation processes.
Support performance management and employee development.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
Liaise between HR, payroll, and leadership to resolve HR concerns.
Coordinate training and development opportunities.
Participate in special HR projects to enhance service delivery.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of Human Resources experience specific to leave management, employee relations, employment law, labor relations, and union relations
Bachelor's Degree Leadership experience
Bilingual in Spanish and English
HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP)
Higher Education or State and Local experience null
