Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive software engineer with hands-on experience in Informix and DevOps. These engineers will be responsible for automating the installation processes for the Informix database and its engine. They will collaborate closely with the developer engineer team to ensure smooth DevOps operations and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute automation processes for database and engine installations.

Collaborate with the developer engineer team to ensure seamless DevOps operations. This includes participating in regular team meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices, and working together to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Work closely with other departments to integrate Informix solutions into broader company initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Skills and Requirements

Proficiency in Informix, Ansible, Bash scripting, and Linux (Ubuntu) OS commands.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience with Informix database management and DevOps practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Optional: Experience with Python. null
