    Job Description

    A large airline client is looking for a Invoice Processor to sit onsite in Erlanger, KY. This person will be working on coding invoices for the company. The team works on about 30 invoices a day, ranging in size. The majority of this persons day will be spent doing General Ledger coding in Excel. This person will also work on statements at month end, linking data from the General Ledger code to the statements to see updated statuses. Knowledge of accounting, contracts, and familiarity with vendor invoices is key to success in this role. Each candidate must pass an excel test to interview.

     

    PR: $!6-$19/hr

    Skills and Requirements

     

    1+ years of experience working with invoices, accounting, and contracts

     

    Experience working with a general ledger

     

    General Ledger coding experience

     

    Extremely strong Excel skills (V-Lookup, SumIf, CountIf)

     

    Ability to link data and formulas to multiple tabs Aviation Experience
