    Description

AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) executive office is looking for an exceptionally driven, fast-moving, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to help support this growing, global organization.

The right candidate will have a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and be able to work accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be responsible for a wide range of activities including management of a fast-changing and complex executive calendar, tracking key deliverables and leading the coordination of frequent global travel. Other activities may include managing large-scale events including global keynote summits. You will part of a very fast-paced team, entrusted to a wide range of unsupervised decisions affecting the prioritization, importance, and speed of our business.

You’ll also have access to extremely confidential information, and will be trusted with information regarding data privacy. You need to be someone who wants to build a deep and trusting, long-term partnership with the leaders of AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS). A successful candidate will also possess the ability to partner with teams across the company, operate independently, and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround.

We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we’re looking for talented people who want to help.

You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.
