    The Add to Delivery team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to oversee and drive both the Add to Delivery and Forward Deploy of Inventory initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with diverse teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment on objectives, deliverables, and timelines. You will act as the central point of coordination, tracking progress, identifying risks, and delivering outcomes that support the organization's goals.

     

    You dive deep into complex challenges but deliver simple, innovative solutions for customers. You are a trusted partner, a persuasive communicator, and someone people love working with. Most importantly, you are driven to pioneer new experiences, put the customer first, and challenge the status quo.

    Key job responsibilities

    1) Program Strategy and Execution: Define program objectives, milestones, and success metrics. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans.

     

    2) Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate efforts across multiple teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

     

    3) Risk Management: Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and address roadblocks to maintain program momentum.

     

    4) Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and facilitating decision-making.

     

    5) Performance Monitoring: Track and report on program performance using appropriate metrics and tools.

     

    6) Continuous Improvement: Leverage insights and feedback to improve processes and ensure successful future program execution.

    Basic Qualifications

    - 5+ years of program or project management experience

     

    - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

     

    - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

    Preferred Qualifications

    - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

     

    - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
