We are looking for a Contracts Manager to support a diverse array of exciting initiatives by Amazon Games, including supporting our cloud gaming service, Luna, our global Prime Gaming program, our hit games New World, Lost Ark and Throne and Liberty, and other new projects in the games space.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and independently; manage high volumes of tasks and projects with little guidance; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround; take effective action without having to know the total picture; and think creatively and be proactive in solving problems that affect people within the group or other related groups. The candidate will also be client-service oriented, have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, have great organization skills and have the ability to easily switch gears. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company is essential.

Key job responsibilities
- Negotiating and documenting a variety of third-party contracts, including vendor agreements, promotional agreements, services agreements, content and technology licenses, event agreements and more;
- Working with clients on scaling contractual negotiations through artificial intelligence, automated systems; developing internal processes to track transactions from beginning to end; and
- Coordinating with clients and outside counsel.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm or legal department
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating the legal terms of a broad range of standard commercial contracts
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations
- Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- Common sense, great judgment, and a good sense of humor

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $68,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $146,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
