We are seeking a Lead **Operator for Blending and Loading** for our **Fallon NV** facility. You will be responsible for mentoring others as well as receiving, sampling, loading and unloading all inbound bulk shipments of used oil by rail, and truck.

+ Mentoring and training employees and signing off on verification of qualifications
+ Review paperwork to ensure compliance with company, governmental rules and regulations
+ Forecast production of by products and communicate to sales any surplus or inventory issues.
+ Generate BOL’s for water/glycol rail cars, roll off bins and trucks
+ Provides department manager with input of employee issues with proper documentation
+ Provide employee progress to the department manager for reviews
+ Navigates to and perform EOM deferral work bench and email Plants EOM group
+ Sample all inbound rail cars, trucks and trailers
+ Prepare the sample and submit for lab analysis
+ Prepares paperwork receipts for filing and processing
+ Unload and load rail cars, tanker trucks and trailers
+ Ability to operate various heavy equipment
+ Following and communicating SOPs to the team
+ General housekeeping of the facility
+ Other duties as required
What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?
+ HS Diploma or GED
+ 2 years leading a team in a production environment preferred
+ 1+ years of loading/unloading of rail or tanker trucks preferred
+ Forklift experience preferred
+ Track Mobile experience preferred
+ Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customer written and verbally
+ Skilled problem solver who works well in a team environment
+ Basic computer knowledge
+ Ability to work in all weather conditions
+ Must be able to stand for long periods, stoop, climb, work at heights and lift to 50lbs
