What you’ll do as a Cell Tower Technician:

+ You will be responsible for installing state of the art products to customers by exceeding the customer’s expectations.

+ Ensure highest level of safety and quality control requirements are upheld

+ Installing and upgrading antennas

+ Electronic testing of equipment to inspect the tower’s operation

+ Identifying problems and performing maintenance of network equipment

+ Installation and servicing of wireless equipment in the field

+ Instruct and follow of all OSHA and Company Fall Safety procedures

+ Safely working in ALL environments

+ Show up on time every day, ready to rock and roll

+ Basic use of hand tools and equipment

+ Able to identify hazards associated with the construction industry

+ Work closely with your team and follow instructions

What you’ll need

+ To be 18 years of age or older

+ Authorization to work in the United States for this company

+ Valid Drivers License

Additional qualifications

+ Minimum of 1 year prior experience in construction, cable, telecommunications or related industries; desired but not required.

+ Ability to travel - required

+ Ability to work weekends as needed

+ Able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift.

+ Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to all regulations and policies

+ Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, etc. in the accomplishments of North Sky’s goals

+ Routinely: climb, stoop, push, pull, bend, reach, lift , stand

+ Occasionally: sit

+ Candidate must be able to climb towers at heights of up to 300\" or more.

+ Able to lift up to 75lbs

Salary Range $ 25.00- $30.00 an hour
