Through partnerships across HR, this role will champion professional development and employee growth as a key driver to engagement and deliver the greatest value for BCH. This is a hybrid role with an onsite expectation of 4-8 days per month.

    This Talent Development Program Manager will:

    + Conduct formal needs assessments to drive a professional development roadmap.

    + Create role-based or cohort-based curriculum through various blended learning approaches: eLearning, curated on-Demand playlists, discussion forums.

    + Manage a diverse portfolio of professional development programs that address organizational needs to include Mentoring, Onboarding, and Compliance. Support performance management efforts to implement a development planning process.

    + Promote and integrate all talent development programs with culture initiatives to include engagement, workforce development, wellness, and EDI to maximize the learner experience.

    + Use frameworks and competency models to enable career pathing, workforce planning, high-potential talent pools, and development planning to grow at every career stage.

    + Provide expert facilitation of programs, both virtually and in person; develop toolkits and reinforcement approaches to foster a continuous learning culture.

    + Build robust communications and change plans to roll out (or maintain) programs to drive adoption and learner engagement.

    + Identify new technology and tools to support Talent Development efforts into the future.

    + Evaluate programs via qualitative and quantitative metrics; provide quarterly reporting; create business cases that demonstrate program impact and ROI

    + Manage vendor contracts; assess effectiveness of vendor developed programs; create “buy” vs. “build” proposals that document cost-effectiveness per learner.

    To qualify, you must have:

    + BA degree required, MA degree preferred in Organizational Psychology, OD or closely related field

    + At least 7 years of experience in talent development with success in managing large-scale programs and experience managing a team

    + Critical and strategic thinking to build professional development tracks aligned with BCH’s strategy and business objectives.

    + Flexibility, adaptability, and a high tolerance for shifting priorities.

    + Ability to work within ambiguity and meet deadlines.

    + Highly collaborative approach with using feedback to improve programs and outcomes.

    + Ability to support large-scale change initiatives.

    + Strong written communication skills to prepare learning content, toolkits, and project deliverables, including briefing slides and assessment reports.

    + Demonstrated proficiency in HR, leadership development, and performance improvement, with expertise in learning design (ADDIE), adult learning principles, personality assessments, and group facilitation.

    + Familiarity with Kirkpatrick or Phillips levels of evaluation; ability to analyze data to produce insights that inform future strategy.

    + Analytical skills to resolve highly complex problems.

    + Highly developed communication skills and outstanding presentation skills.

    + Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite, Zoom, Teams, SharePoint, and LMS.

    + Must remain current in the fields of professional development, education, management, organizational effectiveness, performance, and learning technology.
