Are you interested in using the latest in Generative AI to radically reduce Selling Partner effort to generate listing content on Amazon? The Core Selling Partner Experience (CSPE) team builds world-class experiences to help Selling Partners across the world bring great selection at low prices for our shopping customers. We are seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager to deliver a simplified Selling Partner listing creation and management experience for millions of selling partners worldwide who use our tools to list products in Amazon stores.

    Key job responsibilities

    The candidate will need to lead deep dives into how SPs are using listing experiences today. They will need to understand the key drivers of what makes our listing experiences effective, and drive adoption of tools/capabilities aimed at automating listing creation and improving effectiveness (e.g., generative AI assisted listings). They will need to influence partner teams to deliver a delightful e2e listing experience for millions of selling partners WW. They will need to write crisp narratives and represent progress in their areas to senior leadership.

    Basic Qualifications

    - 5+ years of program or project management experience

     

    - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

     

    - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

    Preferred Qualifications

    - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

     

    - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
