    As an Aggregate and Paving Estimator, you will earn a salary of $60,000-$120,000 (Depending on Experience), which is paid weekly. You will also be eligible for benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with a match, and paid time off (PTO).     QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN CIVIL AND EXCAVATION ESTIMATOR

    + Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering or similar field, or equivalent construction experience.

    + 5-10 years of experience as an estimator for earthwork, grading, or underground projects is required.

    + Ability to develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, and owners.

    + Ready to learn estimating processes including bid invitations, takeoffs, estimating software, plan and specification review.

    + Experience with Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Planswift, TBC, Agtek and Estimate(B2W).
