We are actively recruiting for a Program Support Specialist for our State Superfund Program. This Program Support Specialist performs high-level administrative services and program support by proofing and editing documents, handling important communications and information requests, conducting research, scanning and other records management assistance, and performing web site maintenance. This position also performs support functions such as mail processing, assisting visitors, managing main phone lines, purchasing, and scheduling travel, meetings, or events. Applicants will need significant skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe and the ability to learn and manage website updates. The State Superfund section is a strong, caring, and highly communicative team that needs a great Program Support Specialist who enjoys playing a critical role in the operations of an organization. The position includes a career ladder for professional development and pay progression. • High school diploma or equivalent. • One year of relevant experience with demonstrated skill in the use of office software and equipment. • Some college or post-high school education or training preferred. • May require current valid Driver's License and clean driving record in accordance with State of Montana Vehicle Use Policy.
