    *_Position Summary:_*

     

    Evaluates, documents, plans, implements, and monitors speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders under Physicians orders to improve or restore the functional level of their patients.

    *_Minimum Education_*

    * Has completed a Master’s degree and has a current VA Speech-Language Pathologist license.

    * Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) granted by ASHA preferred.

    * Completes obligatory hospital in-services and continuing education for licensure.

    *_Required Licenses_*

    * BLS required within 30 days of hire.
