Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Cary, North Carolina. This is a long-term contract opportunity ideal for professionals with a strong background in managing accounts payable processes and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping. Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Manage account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records and resolve discrepancies.

• Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain accounts payable systems.

• Handle coding invoices and check runs in alignment with established procedures.

• Coordinate and execute payment processing tasks using SAP S/4HANA and Esker systems.

• Collaborate with team members to address backlog issues and streamline workflow.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting, tracking, and analysis of accounts payable data.

• Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues and inquiries.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices to meet deadlines.

• Support audit preparation by maintaining organized and accessible financial documentation. Requirements • Minimum of two years of experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.

• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Esker systems for invoice processing and payment management.

• Strong skills in account reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.

• Familiarity with coding invoices and executing check runs.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Effective communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal teams.
