    Description

    We’re hiring a Desktop Support Analyst to join a collaborative IT support team serving a healthcare-focused client in Madison, WI. This long-term contract opportunity offers the chance to work onsite with a tight-knit Wisconsin-based team that values responsiveness, problem-solving, and a strong customer service mindset.

     

    This role will provide critical hands-on technical support for end users and contribute to the maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolution of hardware and software issues in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide onsite technical support to end users, including hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and various clinical or enterprise applications.

    + Perform system setups for new hires, including imaging and deploying laptops/desktops and configuring user accounts.

    + Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams when needed, while maintaining communication with users.

    + Maintain and update documentation related to IT procedures and knowledge base articles.

    + Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure timely resolutions and seamless support coverage.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of hands-on experience in a desktop or IT support role.

    + Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365 suite.

    + Experience with imaging and deploying hardware in an enterprise environment.

    + Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.

    + Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a local team.
