A well-established and industry-leading manufacturing company is seeking a skilled and motivated Human Resource / Payroll Manager to join our team. With over 100 employees and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products globally, we pride ourselves on innovation, reliability, and a people-first culture.
In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee all aspects of human resources and payroll operations—ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a positive work environment. The ideal candidate is experienced in both strategic HR management and hands-on payroll processing, particularly using ADP systems.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
+ Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
+ Oversee performance evaluations and support employee development.
+ Implement HR policies and maintain a culture of accountability and support.
Payroll Administration
+ Accurately process payroll using ADP for all employees.
+ Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
+ Address discrepancies swiftly while safeguarding sensitive data.
Employee Relations & Compliance
+ Provide guidance on HR matters to employees and leadership.
+ Foster a respectful and inclusive workplace through communication and conflict resolution.
+ Conduct regular audits and ensure full compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
SALARY RANGE: $65,000 - $80,000

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
+ Demonstrated experience managing HR and payroll functions—preferably in a manufacturing setting.
+ Strong working knowledge of ADP payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
+ A high level of integrity and attention to detail, especially with confidential information.
