Java BPM Technical Lead

_Primary skills:_

+ **_Strong knowledge and experience in any BPM platform (Pega, Appian ,AWD etc) , including their features, functionalities, and integration capabilities._**

Technical skills:

+ Define and document the solution architecture for the upgrade project of BPM platform with integration like APIs, including the technical specifications, design patterns, frameworks, tools, and technologies.

+ Certification in any related BPM technologies is an asset.

+ **Expertise in various programming languages, frameworks, and tools, such as Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, SQL etc.** Familiarity with development frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular.

+ _Basic knowledge of AWD/Chorus platform._

+ Proficient in developing APIs, web services, using technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.

Other skills:

+ Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring that the code quality, performance, security, and scalability are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

+ Coordinate and communicate with the offshore team, ensuring that the integration requirements and standards are met and that the deliverables are consistent and compatible.

+ Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of the solution, resolving any technical issues or risks that may arise.

+ Support the deployment and transition of the solution to the production environment, ensuring that the solution is stable, reliable, and meets the user expectations.

+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with onshore and offshore teams.

+ Strong attention to detail, quality, and documentation, with the ability to adhere to the project standards and best practices. Knowledge of code documentation, version control, and deployment best practices.
