Description

Our client is a law firm looking for a skilled Attorney to join their team in metro Detroit. This role focuses on providing exceptional legal services in estate planning, trust administration, and related litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, document drafting, and tax preparation, coupled with a commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Offer expert legal advice and personalized solutions in estate planning, trust administration, and tax-related matters.

• Conduct thorough legal research to address both routine and complex estate planning and tax issues.

• Draft and review essential legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare personal, corporate, and fiduciary income tax returns with precision.

• Represent clients in estate and trust disputes, probate litigation, and tax audits, advocating effectively on their behalf.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning, estate law, or a related legal field.

• Comprehensive knowledge of estate planning, trust administration, and probate litigation.

• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

• Familiarity with tax preparation processes, including personal and corporate income tax returns.

• Strong legal research and analytical skills to develop effective strategies.

• Excellent communication and client management abilities to build lasting relationships.
