+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and workflows.

+ Develop and uphold robust accounting policies and procedures.

+ Oversee tax computations, filings, and audit preparations.

+ Mentor junior accounting team members and share your expertise.

Requirements

What My Client is Looking For:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

+ 3+ years of professional accounting experience, with a focus on month-end close and financial reporting.

+ Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.

+ Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros).

+ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

+ Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

+ Experience mentoring or managing junior team members is a plus.

+ Knowledge of tax regulations and audit preparation processes.
