    Description Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – PeopleSoft

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst with expertise in PeopleSoft to support, maintain, and improve enterprise systems and business processes. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the effective implementation of solutions that align with organizational goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Partner with cross-functional business units to gather, document, and analyze requirements for PeopleSoft applications, including modules such as Finance, HR, or Supply Chain.

     

    Provide configuration, testing, and troubleshooting support to optimize PeopleSoft functionality and usability.

     

    Analyze and improve system workflows and processes, ensuring operational efficiencies within PeopleSoft.

     

    Develop and maintain queries, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making and analysis needs.

     

    Monitor system activities and maintain data integrity across modules, applying quality checks and testing for updates or changes.

     

    Support integrations between PeopleSoft and other corporate systems, collaborating with IT teams for seamless connectivity and data accuracy.

     

    Provide expert guidance and knowledge transfer on PeopleSoft functionalities, offering end-user training and support as needed.

     

    Act as the primary point of contact for PeopleSoft updates, patches, and product releases, evaluating capabilities and recommending enhancements.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience working with PeopleSoft applications across various modules.

     

    Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, workflows, and best practices.

     

    Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and actionable solutions.

     

    Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify system gaps and propose process improvements.

     

    Advanced proficiency in PeopleSoft reporting tools (e.g., Query Manager, nVision, or BI Publisher).

     

    Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management.

    Preferred Skills:

    Experience in system integrations or upgrades within PeopleSoft.

     

    Knowledge of SQL or other database querying tools for system customization or reporting purposes.

     

    Understanding of accounting or human resources functions supported by PeopleSoft modules.
