Description Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – Workday

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Workday to support and optimize business processes and ensure the effective implementation and enhancement of the platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze system functionality, and provide solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between business units and the Workday system team to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

Configure and maintain Workday modules, such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Financial Management, based on business needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver Workday solutions that streamline processes and improve system usability.

Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the data integrity of Workday configurations.

Develop reports, dashboards, and data analytics to support company decision-making processes.

Stay updated on Workday product releases and provide recommendations for new features or updates that benefit the business.

Provide end-user training, system guidance, and documentation to improve stakeholder adoption and usability.

Collaborate with IT teams on integrations between Workday and other corporate systems.

Qualifications:

Proven experience working as a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on knowledge of Workday.

Comprehensive understanding of Workday modules and associated business processes.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on process improvement.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in report writing and data analysis within Workday.

Familiarity with system testing, troubleshooting, and implementation processes. Requirements • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in Workday.

• In-depth knowledge of Workday modules and related business processes.

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on improving workflows.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders effectively.

• Proficiency in creating custom reports and performing data analysis within Workday.

• Familiarity with system testing, troubleshooting, and configuration processes.

• Experience with tools such as PRISM, Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT), and CRM systems.

• Strong understanding of business process functions, gap analysis, and requirement documentation.
