• Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

    Description We are in search of a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in the automotive industry, located in Houston, Texas. As a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant, you will be tasked with leading large-scale IT software deployment projects, utilizing PMO processes and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Guide and deliver large-scale IT software deployment projects

    • Implement PMO processes and tools in managing projects

    • Utilize Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet in project management

    • Deliver complex, multi-phased, and critical projects

    • Apply risk mitigation strategies in project execution

    • Foster a solution-oriented mindset to address project challenges

    • Drive high-impact IT initiatives within the organization

    • Ensure seamless execution and stakeholder alignment in all projects

    • Utilize CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning skills in project management. Requirements • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or Senior Consultant within the automotive industry

    • Proficiency in project management software such as Atlassian Jira and Smartsheet

    • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems

    • Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems

    • Experience in using JIRA for project tracking and management

    • Ability to use Confluence for team collaboration and knowledge sharing

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Exceptional communication and leadership skills

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred
