    Growing public accounting firm located in Essex County is seeking a Sr. Tax Accountant with a public accounting foundation to add to their team. This position is open due to GROWTH of the business and additional clients signing on to the firm. Looking for 3+ years of Small to Mid-Size PUBLIC accounting experience with a focus on Tax Prep, Tax Review and Compliance work. Will work with closely with small to mid-size companies primarily in the construction, professional services, and real estate industries. CPA or MS Tax is highly preferred but not required at this level. The company offers an excellent work / life balance and track record of long-term employees and company growth as well. Salary will be highly competitive with market ranges. Position is mostly in the office, with some flexibility for remote work depending on business need.
