    Description

    We are looking for a very technical, hands-on Assistant Director of IT Operations to manage a team of 5 and assist our busy Director of IT. Must have both strong managerial and strong technical skills to be in the weeds with the team.

     

    5+ years of leadership experience

     

    Very technical operations manager who can communicate well

     

    Strong security, data center, systems, networking and infrastructure background

     

    Strong decision making and project management skills

     

    Mostly on prem, some Azure cloud

     

    Hybrid in Eugene, OR

     

    Salary $119 - $160k

    Requirements

    • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and direct a team

    • Extensive knowledge in developing and implementing IT policies and systems

    • Proficiency in managing and maintaining network infrastructure

    • Ability to strategize and plan IT initiatives aligning with business objectives

    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

    • Relevant certifications in IT and managerial role would be advantageous.
