    Description

    We are in search of a Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join our client's in-house legal team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for handling licensing, regulatory compliance matters, contracts and general administrative matters. This role is hybrid.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle licensing and other regulatory compliance matters efficiently

    • Manage and negotiate contracts as needed

    • Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders

    • Conduct all work remotely for at least three days a week, with two days a week in-office.

    Requirements

    • Applicant must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the paralegal field.

    • Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite is required, including Excel and Word.

    • Ability to work on a team and a willingness to assist as needed with all levels of administrative work.

    • Excellent Communication skills are required.
