Description

We are looking for a skilled Attorney to join our team on a short-term contract basis (4-6 weeks). In this role, you will play a critical part in real estate acquisition projects, focusing on title and survey reviews, as well as preparing for property closings. This position is part-time, on site based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough title and survey reviews for real estate acquisition projects.

• Draft and review closing documents to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely property closings.

• Provide legal counsel on complex commercial real estate transactions.

• Ensure all legal documentation adheres to state and federal requirements.

• Research and resolve title issues or discrepancies as needed.

• Manage communication with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.

• Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to provide accurate guidance.

Requirements • Active attorney license in Minnesota, Iowa, or both (preferred).

• Extensive experience in title and survey reviews for real estate acquisitions.

• Proficiency in handling commercial real estate transactions.

• Strong knowledge of closing processes and related documentation.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
