Description We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and optimize our online sales channels in The Woodlands, Texas. The ideal candidate will oversee the strategy, management, and continuous improvement of our e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement an online sales strategy, including setting revenue goals, creating a promotional calendar, and monitoring key performance indicators such as traffic and conversion rates.
• Manage website and platform operations, ensuring a user-friendly experience, efficient checkout processes, and website performance in terms of speed and security.
• Oversee inventory management and order fulfillment, including stock synchronization, shipping, returns, and relationships with third-party logistics providers.
• Enhance the customer experience by monitoring reviews, managing service tickets, maintaining service-level agreements, and implementing loyalty programs.
• Generate and analyze weekly and monthly dashboards to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and drive data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with departments such as marketing, finance, IT, and operations to align e-commerce goals with broader company objectives and successfully execute product launches and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including taxes and accessibility standards, while staying updated on industry best practices and platform changes. Requirements • Proven experience in e-commerce management, including online sales strategy and platform optimization.
• Strong background in digital marketing, with expertise in on-site SEO, social advertising, and retail marketing.
• Proficiency in website maintenance and user experience (UX) design.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and create actionable reports, including KPI tracking and A/B testing.
• Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and third-party fulfillment processes.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a history of working across multiple departments to achieve goals.
• Familiarity with compliance standards for e-commerce platforms, including tax regulations and accessibility requirements. Innovation starts with people.®
