Office Manager / Bookkeeper
Direct-Hire / Permanent position

Robert Half has partnered with a local property management business in their search of a new Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join their organization. Working directly for the Owner, this position will handle bookkeeping functions for properties, as well as general office management/administrative functions, and oversight of two other Bookkeepers in the office. Additional responsibilities will include HR/Payroll/Personnel file maintenance.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization.
• Oversee and provide guidance to a team of two bookkeepers, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
• Handle full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
• Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise to maintain accurate financial records and generate reports.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Maintain records related to condominiums and real estate transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline administrative processes and improve workflows.
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded properly.
• Assist with tax preparation and liaise with external accountants as needed.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies in all financial activities.

Requirements
Office Manager / Bookkeeper

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and office management.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Experience in financial reporting and maintaining accurate records.
• Familiarity with condominium and real estate transactions is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and lead a small team effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
