    Description We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This Contract-to-Permanent position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong proficiency in Excel and the Office Suite. While an insurance background is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule and a collaborative work environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately input and update data into company systems, ensuring precision and completeness.

    • Utilize 10-key typing skills to efficiently process numerical data in high volumes.

    • Collaborate with team members to verify and correct discrepancies in data entries.

    • Perform regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy, including spelling, grammar, and formatting.

    • Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy access and retrieval.

    • Scan and digitize documents, ensuring proper categorization and storage.

    • Communicate effectively through email and other channels to address data-related inquiries.

    • Perform basic calculations and review numerical data for errors.

    • Support general administrative tasks to maintain workflow efficiency. Requirements • Proficiency in Excel and other Office applications is essential.

    • Strong attention to detail with excellent spelling and grammar capabilities.

    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

    • Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required.

    • Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage files effectively.

    • Ability to pass a 10-key typing and spelling/grammar assessment prior to the interview.

    • Familiarity with scanning and digitizing documents is a plus.
