Robert Half is hiring for an EXCITING opportunity to join a trending industry and a rapidly growing company!!

This is an great opportunity for a Financial Analyst in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of financial tasks, including the development and maintenance of complex financial models.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision making

• Use Excel formulas and VBA to automate tasks and improve efficiency

• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business needs

• Provide financial analysis to stakeholders to aid decision making

• Maintain accurate records of financial analytics

• Use your knowledge to enhance financial models

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of Excel Formulas and Excel VBA

• A strong understanding and working experience with complex financial models

• Expertise in developing financial models tailored to company needs

• Solid skills in complex financial analysis to support strategic decision-making

• Experience in carrying out ad hoc financial analysis as per business requirements

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail

• 2+ years of demonstrated experience with Financial Analysis and Modeling
