    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Strong oral and written communications skills and a vast understanding of multi-channel marketing initiatives and campaign management

    + Builds and maintains the trust and confidence of clients and colleagues by consistently delivering high-quality work on time

    + Serves as a key liaison for client communication, supporting the development of account management tools such as timelines, activity reports, and project documentation.

    + Applies strong project management capabilities to meet internal and external deadlines, producing detailed contact reports and media monitoring summaries. and budget management

    + Works collaboratively across cross-functional teams and business units to deliver integrated expertise and exceptional client support.

    + Proactively drives media relations efforts, identifying strategic opportunities to secure media coverage aligned with client goals.

    + Assists in the creation of communication and media assets—including fact sheets, pitch emails, backgrounders, and media lists—while tracking relevant coverage across top-tier, trade, and influencer outlets.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

    + 1–3 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement roles.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging messaging.

    + Proven ability to create content for various internal channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, emails, presentations, town halls).

    + Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.

    + Experience working with collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint) and content management systems.

    + Ability to tailor messages for different audiences, levels, and functions within the organization.

    + Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across departments.

    + Comfort working in fast-paced environments, with a proactive and adaptable approach.

    + Familiarity with employee engagement strategies and internal brand voice development.

    + Basic knowledge of graphic design or visual storytelling tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

    + Analytical mindset to measure communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.
