    Robert Half has partnered with a company in the design industry seeking a Customer Service professional to join their team!

     

    Based in Litchfield, CT. This company is looking for someone to help manage orders, payments, client inquiries, and sales processing while delivering exemplary service to valued customers.

     

    They are looking for someone that has strong customer service, with ideally some knowledge of inventory or retail, strong organizational skills, familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, and a commitment to building great customer relationships.

    Requirements

    • Prior experience of 2+ years working in customer service or sales.

    • Proficient using Netsuite CRM or ERP

    • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with customers and team members.

    • Must be comfortable working in a team as well as independently.

    • Experience working with inventory for a product
