Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our client's team within the high-tech manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting, and will excel at business partnering to support decision-making processes. This critical role will provide valuable insights and contribute to the financial success of the organization. This role pays $90 - 100K + 15% bonus and they are on a hybrid 3 day in office schedule. Key Responsibilities:

+ Financial Analysis and Reporting

+ Analyze financial data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and trends to provide actionable insights.

+ Create and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.

+ Develop variance analysis and reporting tools to track financial performance.

+ Budgeting and Forecasting

+ Lead annual budgeting processes and create rolling forecasts.

+ Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and prepare detailed financial plans.

+ Monitor spending and projects to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.

+ Accounting Functions

+ Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.

+ Help ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, or relevant local regulations.

+ Work with auditors to facilitate reviews or audits, as necessary.

+ Business Partnering

+ Collaborate with department leaders to provide financial guidance and support operational strategies.

+ Present financial data and insights to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

+ Support decision-making processes by evaluating costs, risks, and financial feasibility of business initiatives.

+ Process Improvement and Tools

+ Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and leverage technology for efficiency.

+ Use advanced Excel skills or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to streamline workflows.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

+ Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting, public accounting

+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

+ Skills:

+ Strong proficiency in advanced Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.

+ Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and familiarity with financial reporting tools.

+ Understanding of accounting standards such as GAAP or IFRS.

+ Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
