Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting a diverse range of plastic sheet products, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth with both new and existing clients. If you are confident, persuasive, and eager to succeed in a competitive sales environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
+ Present and promote a broad portfolio of plastic sheet products, including Acrylic, Polycarbonate, Foam PVC, Marine Board, and Bullet-Resistant Acrylic.
+ Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
+ Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue.
+ Research market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
+ Provide product knowledge and training to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits of our solutions.
+ Gather customer feedback and market insights to support new product development.
+ Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, maintain a pipeline of opportunities, and forecast revenue.
+ Travel regularly to meet with clients, build relationships, and close sales.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
+ Proven track record in sales, preferably in industrial or plastic distribution.
+ Strong ability to engage and communicate with clients both in-person and over the phone.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficiency in CRM software, ERP systems (such as Acumatica), and online ordering platforms.
+ Strong time management and organizational skills.
+ Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
+ Analytical and problem-solving mindset to address client needs effectively.
+ Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and prospects.
+ Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client base
