    Are you passionate about creating an organized and efficient workplace where employees thrive? Robert Half is proud to partner with our client in seeking a diligent and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support day-to-day human resources operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining records, updating employee files, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements (Source: Demand for Skilled Talent Q1 2025).

    + Coordinate recruitment efforts such as scheduling interviews, managing job postings, and assisting with onboarding and orientation for new hires.

    + Process and manage employee data through HRIS platforms while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

    + Support benefits administration, including enrollment, employee inquiries, and routine audits.

    + Act as the point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, payroll, and procedures, escalating more complex concerns to senior HR staff as needed.

    + Assist with compliance reporting and documentation for audits.

    + Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects, including training programs or wellness initiatives.

    + Maintain a strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices to ensure accurate documentation and policy updates.

    Requirements

    + Proven experience in HR administration, office administration, or a related field.

    + Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

    + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using HRIS systems.

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an approachable, team-oriented demeanor.

    + A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required.
