Description We are looking for a talented Visualization Coordinator to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. This hybrid role involves one mandatory in-office day per week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days. As a key contributor, you will coordinate 3D exterior renderings for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with company standards and deadlines while maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the coordination of 3D exterior renderings outsourced to third-party vendors for use in marketing materials such as brochures and websites.

• Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of artwork during initial and secondary review stages.

• Maintain consistent communication with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

• Update internal systems and databases to track project workflows, budgets, and vendor services.

• Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes, balancing efficiency with high-quality output.

• Ensure all visual materials adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and established standards.

• Utilize architectural drawings and checklists to perform detailed quality assurance reviews.

• Provide administrative support, including documentation updates and process optimization.

• Participate in larger group meetings or department activities as needed, with advance notice provided. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience in architectural visualization, art, or interior design is preferred.

• Familiarity with project coordination and vendor management in a marketing or creative setting.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
