Responsibilities:
• Employ your knowledge of ERP Solutions and Dynamics NAV in executing accounting functions.
• Conduct account analysis to ensure accurate financial statements.
• Use Adobe Acrobat to facilitate the handling of digital accounting documents.
• Perform account reconciliation tasks to keep financial records up-to-date.
• Process accounting entries in adherence with established accounting standards.
• Use accounting software systems to streamline accounting processes.
• Handle account coding tasks for proper classification of transactions.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Respond to and resolve any accounting-related inquiries.
Requirements • The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Proficiency in account coding is a must for this position.
• Working knowledge of accounting software systems is required.
• The candidate should be able to handle Adobe Acrobat efficiently.
• Experience with Dynamics NAV is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP solutions is a significant advantage.
• The candidate must have the ability to perform account analysis effectively.
• Proficiency in managing accounting entries is required.
• The job role involves taking care of accounting functions, so experience in this area is necessary.
• Account reconciliation skills are critical for this role.
• The candidate should have experience dealing with Accounts Payable (AP).
